“Caring Company” for 5 Consecutive Years+

We are pleased to announce that Ajinomoto Hong Kong Ltd. has once again been awarded the “Caring Company” logo by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service. This marks the fifth consecutive year our company has received this honorable recognition.

This year, under the theme of “An Inclusive Society,” we have further strengthened our commitment in three key areas:
1. Caring for Employees – Building an Inclusive Workplace
We value the growth and well-being of our team members by providing career development opportunities, diverse training programs, and wellness support. We strive to foster a respectful and supportive work environment where everyone can grow and succeed together.
2. Caring for the Community – Connecting People, Promoting Inclusion
Over the years, our company has actively participated in food expos and community activities, as well as supported sports initiatives to help the public discover and enjoy diverse food and cultural experiences. Since 2013, we have also partnered with City University of Hong Kong to establish a scholarship that encourages students from different backgrounds to pursue their dreams.
3. Caring for the Environment – Advancing Sustainability
We have implemented various green initiatives, such as using recycled paper and installing recycling bins in the office, to promote an environmentally friendly workplace culture.

Being recognized as a “Caring Company” for five consecutive years affirms our continuous efforts in employee care, community engagement, and environmental protection.
